Tasting of new world whiskies, Tuesday 14 April at 7 pm
This year, Boštjan Marušič, co-founder of Broken Bones distillery, takes you on a journey through the finest Japanese and Taiwanese whiskies.
We will explore an outstanding selection of whiskies from both celebrated and lesser-know distilleries across Asia (Japan and Taiwan).
In the pleasant atmosphere of the Broken Bones distillery, we’ll be tasting:
- Kanosuke - Peated Single Malt, 48 %, Japan - from the distillery whose whiskies you always vote as the best of the tasting
- Nikka Yoichi - Single Malt 10 Years, 45 %, Japan - unavailable even in Japan, exciting return after years out of production
- Omar - Single Malt, 46 %, Taiwan - two great whiskies from the state owned Taiwanese distillery
- Omar - Peated Single Malt, 46 %, Taiwan
- Kavalan - Four Cask Matured 15 Years, 43 %, Taiwan - Kavalan's first ever age statement whisky
And as always, the full Broken Bones whisky lineup will be there for you to explore and taste.
