Broken Bones Jakončič Petreja Vinjak / Brandy

This exceptional brandy is the product of a remarkable collaboration between two distinguished Slovenian partners. The finest wines of the renowned Jakončič Winery in Goriška Brda - where a legacy of viticulture and excellence spans generations - have been skillfully transformed into brandy by the innovative and bold Broken Bones distillery in Ljubljana. The brandy is then meticulously aged in carefully selected barrels. We begin by aging our brandy in new Slovenian oak barrels, which we later repurpose for our single malt whiskies. The brandy is then transferred to barrels that previously held cognac, brandy, or whisky, enhancing its depth and complexity.

Vinjak Petreja brandy is both fresh and aromatic, offering a unique and refined tasting experience.
