Broken Bones Whisky Set
Broken Bones is a craft distillery that grew out of passion of two friends who share family tradition of producing wine and spirits during the last century. Equipped with knowledge and experience of their forebears, Borut and Boštjan set out to create something different and original – Slovene spirits that combine the expert knowledge of traditional distilling with a distinctive Slovenian origin.

Broken Bones Twis Single Malt Whisky 46%: Our classic fruity single malt with a hint of smoked malt. The nose opens with light and delicate barley notes, followed by newly cut grass, dandelion and other yellow flowers, then baked rhubarb tart, beetroot, parsnip. On the palate, gentle sugars are on the forefront with spicy caramel that lead into honey, toffee apple and nougat, with hints of tobacco, liquorice, and corn syrup, before a grittier spices emerge - clove, caraway, and pepper. The finish is long, with restrained oak and lingering notes of stout, coffee, and maple syrup.
Broken Bones Kika Peated Single Malt Whisky 46%: The influence of peat smoke from two directions. The whisky is made from smoked malt and matured in Slovenian oak casks as well as bourbon casks that previously held Scottish peated whisky. The nose shows soft peat with hints of ginger and curry, alongside smoked almonds, putty, and rich pistachio cream. Delicate smoky phenols carry through onto the palate and, with time, reveal sweet barley, gentle tannins, and a biscuity framework. The long finish moves from smoky mocha, smoked almonds to green tea, soot, and demerara sugar notes, leaving a slightly salty aftertaste with touches of pear.
Roberto Grande Blended Whisky 41%: A masterful blend of our distinctive Twis single malt whisky and a lively grain whisky. A pleasant honeyed and floral nose combined with vanilla, ripe berries, and gentle spices. On the palate it is soft and well rounded, with rich malty and caramel notes that develop into a warm, spicy character. The finish is long and delicate, with light woody notes.
