Broken Bones Rum

Our first batch sold out fast. So we did what any self-respecting distillery would do - we continue experimenting.

Introducing Broken Bones Rum, Batch 2 of Slovenia's first rum, and still unlike anything else.

Distilled from rich sugar cane molasses right here in Ljubljana, then aged in our own Broken Bones Whisky barrels - the same Slovenian oak and bourbon barrels that shaped one of Europe's most awarded single malts. The result is a rum with genuine depth and personality: vibrant, slightly funky with the taste reminiscent of Barbados rum but also going a bit towards funkier Jamaican style. Ripe banana, juicy pineapple, tropical undertones, and a subtle molasses earthiness that lingers long after the last sip.

And as always - no sugar, no additives, no caramel, no chill filtration. Just rum, exactly as it should be.
