Distilled from rich sugar cane molasses right here in our distillery, this rum is meticulously aged in our own Broken Bones Whisky barrels, infusing every drop with layers of depth and complexity. Broken Bones rum channels the spirit of classic Jamaican rums, bringing a vibrant, slightly funky character with elevated ester levels that reveal a layered tapestry of flavors. Expect an enticing array of fruity and floral notes—like ripe banana, juicy pineapple, and tropical undertones—balanced by a subtle earthiness. As with our whisky, we keep it pure: no sugar, no additives, no caramel, and no chill filtration, allowing the full, unrefined character to shine through.
