Broken Bones London Dry Gin
Broken Bones London Dry Gin is a fresh junipery gin with a unique character based on traditional recipes with a distinctive Slovenian origin. The recipe includes selected local juniper and rosehip together with linden flowers, coriander, cardamom, angelica, liquorice, orris, lemon zest and other traditional botanicals, enhancing the fresh juniper and citrus character of our gin.
Our specialty is gin with rosehip and lime, which are added in moderation before distillation; the entire process creates the juniper's ethereal, slightly citric character of the drink. The juniper and rosehip bushes work wonderfully together. The combination of their fruits works equally well in the preparation of our gin. The addition of rosehip contributes to its more pronounced taste when mixed with tonic.
As we believe in natural processes our gin is not chill filtered and has no added sugars. All of our gin is made in small batches with full attention to every detail, therefore each is unique.
London Dry Gin is our original gin and our most awarded gin.
